Booking Process: To secure your booking, you must complete the online booking form with accurate information, including the number of dancers, dancer preferences (name, ethnicity, costume), event location, and time/date of the performance.
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due in full, paid directly to the dancer via CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, or other mutually agreed-upon payment methods at the time of the performance.
Payment Methods: We accept payments through CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, and other major payment platforms. The final payment should be made directly to the dancer before or immediately after the performance.
Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. However, you will receive a full refund of your deposit if the agency is unable to fulfill the service due to staffing issues or other circumstances under the agency's control.

Discretion: We respect the privacy of all our clients. We will not share any personal information about you or your event without your explicit consent. No photographs or videos will be taken during the performance by the dancers.
No Photography/Filming Without Consent: Guests are not permitted to photograph or film the performance unless prior consent has been given by both the agency and the performer. Any unauthorized recording or photography will result in the immediate termination of the performance, and no refunds will be issued.

Duration: A typical performance lasts between 30 to 45 minutes. However, the duration can be customized based on the client’s needs. Extended performances may incur additional charges.
Performance Changes: Any changes to the performance (e.g., time, location, or dancer preferences) must be communicated to the agency at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. We will make every effort to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee last-minute requests.
Surprise Performances: If you are planning a surprise, the dancer(s) will contact you at least one hour before arrival to confirm the details of the event. Surprise performances will only be arranged after confirming all logistics.

Cancellations by Client: Sales are final and no refunds will be issued if canceled by the customer.
Cancellations by Agency: In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your booking due to an unforeseen circumstance, we will notify you immediately and offer to reschedule your event or provide a full refund of your deposit.

Tipping: While tips are not required, they are highly encouraged. Tips can be given directly to the performer at the end of the show. Larger tips often result in extended performances or more personalized attention.
Additional Charges: Any additional services, such as extended performance time, VIP access, or customized performances, may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon between the customer and the dancer before the performance takes place.

Conduct: Clients and guests must maintain a respectful and professional demeanor toward our dancers at all times. Inappropriate behavior, including harassment, offensive language, or unwanted physical contact, will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate termination of the performance with no refund.
Physical Contact: Our dancers are highly skilled professionals and will not engage in physical contact beyond the level of the performance as agreed upon. There will be no excessive touching, grabbing, or inappropriate behavior from our dancers .

Health and Safety Protocols: Our dancers are trained professionals and are committed to maintaining a safe environment. We ask that all clients ensure the performance space is safe and free from any hazards that could endanger the dancer or guests.
COVID-19 and Illness Protocols: Alpha Tease adheres to all current health and safety protocols related to COVID-19 or other public health concerns. If you or any guests are feeling ill, please inform us as soon as possible, and we may need to reschedule your event in accordance with health guidelines.

Agency Liability: Alpha Tease is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the event, including accidents or issues involving guests or the performance area. Clients agree to take full responsibility for their event and to ensure the safety of all attendees.
Dancer Liability: Our dancers are professionals and take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of the performance. However, Alpha Tease is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during the performance that results from the actions of the client or guests.

Professionalism: All of our dancers are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism, providing an enjoyable and memorable experience for clients while maintaining respect for the client’s wishes and privacy.
Appearance and Costume: The dancer’s appearance and costume will be chosen according to the client’s preference as noted on the booking form. Changes to costume requests should be made at least 24 hours before the event.

Mediation: In the event of a dispute between the client and Alpha Tease, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the issue through mediation before taking legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of The United States and local laws.

. A travel fee of $50 will be charged upon arrival by the dancer if the party booked is outside one of the major cities we operate in.

Amendments to Terms: Alpha Tease reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be communicated to clients, and bookings made after the changes will be subject to the new terms.
